Luxus USA operates online from Miami, Florida (USA) and ships orders domestically and internationally.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship orders within the United States via USPS and UPS. All shipments include tracking information, which will be provided once your order has been processed and shipped.

Standard domestic shipping delivery times are estimated between 3–7 business days after shipment. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or third-party fulfillment operations. Luxus USA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or fulfillment partners.

Once an order has been confirmed and processed, we are unable to modify product details, shipping addresses, or cancel the order.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped from the United States and delivery times may vary depending on the destination country. Estimated delivery times range from 7 to 30 business days, depending on the shipping method and customs clearance procedures.

International shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Customs, Duties, and Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included unless clearly stated at checkout and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Luxus USA is not responsible for customs delays, clearance issues, additional fees, or non-delivery resulting from customs procedures.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Luxus USA ships orders to the exact address provided at checkout.

Once an international order has shipped, address changes are not possible. Incorrect or incomplete address information may result in delivery delays, returns, or order rejection, for which Luxus USA is not responsible.

Final Sale – International Orders

All international orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.
