Refund & Return Policy

At Luxus Jewelry Miami we value transparency and professionalism in all transactions. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.

Domestic Orders (United States Only)

For orders shipped within the United States, returns are accepted only in the event of manufacturing defects or if an incorrect item was received.

Customers have up to 7 business days from the date of delivery to inspect their order and report any issues. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.

To request a return authorization, customers must contact us at info@luxususa.net and provide clear evidence of the defect or issue. All returns must be approved prior to shipment.

Approved returns must meet the following conditions:
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Items must be returned in original packaging with no missing parts
• Proof of purchase is required

If approved, Luxus Jewelry Miami may, at its discretion, replace the item or issue a refund to the original method of payment. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

International Orders

All international orders are final sale.

Due to international shipping logistics, customs regulations, and the wholesale nature of our products, international orders are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances, including claims related to customs delays, import taxes, or clearance issues.

If an international order is refused, returned by customs, or deemed undeliverable for any reason, all shipping, handling, and reshipment costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
