Luxus USA carefully inspects all items before shipment. Because our jewelry includes gold filled, silver filled, gold plated, stainless steel, and other fashion jewelry materials, longevity may vary depending on use, care, exposure, and individual body chemistry.

Our warranty is limited to manufacturing defects reported within 7 business days of delivery, in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy. Customers must contact us at info@luxususa.net with the order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, oxidation, discoloration, tarnishing, fading, broken pieces caused by pressure or impact, damage caused by water, sweat, perfumes, lotions, soaps, alcohol, hand sanitizer, chemicals, improper storage, or unauthorized repairs or adjustments.

Gold Filled and Silver Filled jewelry are not solid gold or solid silver. While these materials are designed to be more durable than standard plated jewelry, they still require proper care. Natural wear may occur over time, especially on rings, bracelets, anklets, and frequently worn items.

Because we work with multiple suppliers and manufacturers, slight variations in gold tone, finish, color, and construction may occur between pieces and batches. These variations are considered normal and are not considered manufacturing defects.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Luxus USA may, at its discretion, offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund to the original payment method. All resolutions must be approved by Luxus USA before any item is returned.

Items returned without prior authorization may be refused.
